I placed an order with Convenienthood on December 6, 2024 with the expectation that I would receive it before Christmas. Little did I know it was coming from China. They use a company called ACI for their shipping. ACI states that they tried to deliver the package several times but states that my address was undeliverable. I tried to contact ACI several times but to no avail. Looking on the web, ACI has terrible reviews and appears to be a scam
