These individuals are impersonating a real company called Convergys Company and they are stealing from hard working families. Now they are blackmailing me into giving them money because they are trying to frame me for all of this mess. I need help and it’s urgent.

I was on facebook and saw that a lady posted about a job in one of the yard sale sites. I didnt think that was out of the norm as a lot of times people post job postings I messaged the lady as she stated on the post. She told me about the job and then told me to download hangout so that i could speak with the hiring department. I did everything she asked me to do and messaged what i thought was the company on hangout. As i was messaging i looked the job up on your website and saw that it was red flagged. they never asked for my social. But they did get my name, number, and address. It didnt start seeming weird until they never video called for a interview and asked for my facebook account information. I told them that i was giving them the password to any account and that they didnt need that to add a business email on a mac computer. Thats when things changed and the man i was speaking with told me i was mad and argued that it was a real business and called me a bitch. I went back to the girl that i was messaging and i noticed i had been blocked from her page and that the post had been taken down. I reported her page to facebook stating that it had been hacked. Then i blocked and reported to google the messages and email address from the conversation on hangouts.
