Then came a charge from Convey Skylanders, saying that I needed to pay an additional $220 for Insurance. The insurance was to be refundable as soon as the dragon was delivered via cash or CashApp. So I paid the $220 to another different CashApp that was to a person at the shipping company (Convey Skylanders). So supposedly the dragon went from Wisconsin to the panhandle of Oklahoma, that doesn’t even have an airport! The shipping company then said we had to pay an additional $60 for a box and food. At this point I’m fed up and told them that it’s not needed. The dragon is a few hours away. So my husband paid the $60 and we were told the dragon will be delivered that day, a few hours later. Hours go by and I receive another message from the shipper, saying that Tulsa requires some kind of permits before they can deliver and he said it was going to be $1000!
I asked many times for my complete refund! The seller and the shipper are the same person, the website is using a gmail account, it was lies after lies! I am now blocked from further communication from both or one individual. Paid multiple CashApp profiles, requested refunds. Lastly before he blocked me, he said he would refund the money, but CashApp required a $50 charge. CashApp does NOT charge refunds, he just wrote it in the “for” line as in what is the money for.
