Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
1. Your website states that this ships from Delaware. When mine shipped it stated it was shipped from Ireland (I have proof see all attached photos) so I waited almost a month for this product, however your site states a much sooner delivery date. Package also seemed to come from Illinois.
2. The ad shows this product as significantly bigger than what was sent.
3. There are no spines to the books so it makes your product useless for what your attempting to sell it as. I can’t organize what I cannot see.
4. The books are so small and are cut so poorly I can’t tell what book is which. Not to mention even being able to see what the book is by the cover
5. The ink is wearing off the books and getting all over my fingers.
6. There are so many extra books. What am I supposed to do with them? You’ve created anxiety by this.
7. I had to use tweezers just to a. Not get ink on me and b. To even get the books in the box. They are so small and fall and get stuck. You cannot use fingers.
8. A majority of the books are repeats and movie covers not even books
9. The ad advertises new books. Tik tok popular books. Did not receive any of them.
