offer was a room ice cooler to try for 8.95 shipping from cool crates--it never arrived--then my bank was debited for 185.69 from swift sculpt fle?? for a total of 194.64 -- I called the number on the debit from the bank--I did not know who this was until they told me it was for the ice cooler to try for 14 days---they told me I could NOT get a refund--I told them I never received the item--He gave me a tracking number which I read to 2 different people--tracking number showed the product was not delivered and was still in Akron and waiting for seller---both people I talked to said they still could not give me a refund--then they tried offering me other products and I said I wanted a refund! then they offered to give me 25% and then 50% of the 185.69 --I told them that this must be their scam that they don't send product then try to keep a portion of everyone's money-- I had to argue with the first person who sent me to another person and I had to argue with them--she finally returned 139.26-- 75% of the 185.69 payment-- but kept the rest--(55.58)--they kept saying they cannot give any refund--then tried to give me 25% and 50% refund and I told them I was reporting them for scamming then they tried telling me it would do no good and I would get nothing back--I told them that I would not accept getting another one when I did not get the first one and I would not accept paying when I have not received anything--they finally said they would cancel the account, and give me 75% but that is all. I kept telling them this was their scam to at least keep money from people!!! Who knows how many other people they have scammed and not sent any product then kept most of the money if not all!!! I don't even really know what this website was--all they kept telling me from the site I ordered from my email, which I could not find. If they were trying to offer other products. who knows what products they offer from what sites and then charge to who knows what companies!!!!!
