Coolexoticpets.com claims to offer pets and reptiles for sale at very reasonable prices. I made a purchase for Tiger Salamanders and used Paypal for the payment. Scammer asked for me to choose Paypal "Friends and Family" option to save on fees. I did just that as the shopping cart requested and found out later that by doing this Paypal nor my bank cannot recover the money because the transaction is treated like cash. Very sneaky and deceptive. $100.00 down the drain. :(
