This is a SCAM!

I only called them because they answer the phone on the weekends, and that's how they get you.

Rajesh, the person running the operation, will come to your home and tell you that the unit either needs power washing/ or that it is leaking in the internal piping. He will then take the AC to his "shop" and tell you that you need a new AC and charge you an exorbitant price for it. At that point, you are committed, and if you accept, he will install the new unit and install it improperly.

The new unit we got from them broke after just a week of operation (the AC must have been defective). I got an honest company to come and look, and they said that the AC was not installed properly and that likely had caused the damage.

Stay away from this SCAM.

Rajesh Kumar runs a fake company and he doesn't even have an HVAC license. Rajesh Kumar pretends that he is working under Ranjit Singh but in reality, Ranjit Singh has nothing to do with the company. He illegally employs a girl named Jasmine (929-466-3588) to answer all the phone calls by pretending to be Nancy. Any customer that calls their phones get answered by Jasmine and she schedules appointments with them by telling them that a technician will be sent to their home. No qualified technician goes to the address. Instead, Rajesh Kumar himself shows up and pretends to be the HVAC technician. Rajesh Kumar takes out the customer's AC after telling them that it needs repair. After taking the AC home in his garage, he breaks the AC and tells the customer that they will have to buy a new AC. He buys an AC from Klearview Appliance Corporation, PC Richards or Brother's Supply Corporation and then sells that same AC with a higher price tag to the customer. He also keeps the customer's AC and then sells it for scrap. He lies and tells customers that he put their AC in winter storage but in reality he keeps the AC in his own garage.
