This company is a scam! I placed/paid for an order through PayPal on May 10, 2020. They falsely promised to ship the order “within 24 hours”. Not only did I never receive my order (in 23 days), the company never provided me with any shipping/delivery tracking information. I sent them multiple emails and requests for customer service to provide me with the tracking info or even an order status. I received zero responses. It was only after I started an inquiry with PayPal into the company (as well as requesting a refund through PayPal) do they finally send me an email falsely indicating they are canceling my order “due to no payment for a long time” This is a lie!!’ They received payment the same day as the order was placed — May 10, 2020. Clearly they were never intending to honor the timely shipment of this order if they are still able to cancel it 23 days later. Their website is a scam and I want to make sure to warn others to stay far away so they are not scammed by this company. They should be very ashamed of themselves and their shady business practices!
