I ordered a ole cedar spin mop bucket and 3 extra mop head's and paid $39.90 for it which they took from my account on 10-23-21 they stole my money I never received my order or refund now I'm forced to file a fraud report and a police report also...I WANT MY ORDER NOW OR MONEY BACK AND FOR STEALING MY AMAZON ACCOUNT AND USING IT TO ORDER WITH! I'M COMING FOR YOU GOAT FING UNCLE!

Ordered a Honeywell HEPA XL air purifier in October. Immediately received a formal looking email order confirmation, followed promptly by an email containing what appeared to be legitimate UPS tracking information. My item never arrived.

When I went back into my email to retrieve the tracking information, I was surprised to see that UPS claimed to have delivered my package back in October. The UPS site didn’t list my name or address, but did show that the package was delivered to our town, on the anticipated date, but the driver had recorded a package weight of only 1.4lbs. Clearly not even close to heavy enough to have been an XL air purifier. So I submitted a UPS claim.

Turns out, the tracking number I was sent by CoolestGoatUncle.com was in fact a real tracking number — for a 1.4lb Amazon.com package shipped from Tennessee to an entirely different name and address in our town. Somehow, this scam artist lifted a real UPS tracking number for a package being shipped to our town on that date, which led us to believe, of course, that our package was indeed on its way.

The CoolestGoatUncle.com website is no longer reachable — I get a security warning and an error message when I attempt to visit. The phone number doesn’t work. I did respond to my order confirmation to report I didn’t receive my package, and got a generic response that they are looking into it with the carrier. I have already reported this to my credit card company, who has thankfully credited me for the fraudulent charge and is pursuing a claim on my behalf.

Buyers beware — I was skeptical of this website before placing an order, but found trust ratings on other sites that claimed it was legitimate, found supporting social media pages, and saw that it had a legitimate phone number and address listed at the time. The scammer has since packed up shop.

Made a purchase in the amount of $183.87 for storage cabinets on Oct. 28, 2021. Only response you will ever get is a big thank you, confirming your payment & order. Coolestgoatuncle is a fraudulent website selling goods, taking your money & will never hear from them again!

Found them on Google. This site is a fake fraudulent website!!!! Coolestgoatuncle was selling on Facebook but has taken down there website. Now, just several complaints there. After a Google search, Coolestgoatuncle is Gone as of Nov. 15, 21. You cannot log onto the website about your order? It's gone??? It now directs you to Shopify?

Coolestgoatuncle is on Instagram!! This guy has to be caught. A real crook and taking people's money and no response to emails . You will get 1 as said previously.

I purchased an item they claimed item was delivered but not to my name or address. I contacted them and received an automated email. Have heard nothing from them and phone number rings then message number is busy or out of order. This is horrible.
