Victim Location33880 Type of a scamOnline Purchase
I have a Coolpad tracker and called the company about a notification that I was receiving. I talked to a Angel Garcia about the issues to try and troubleshoot. She went through the steps of restarting the device but never was able to tell me what the notification meant. The tracker I send to school with my child so I know where there at. The notification I was receiving was about a low temperature threshold of 88 degrees and was worried about sending it with my child Incase it malfunctions. Well she was never able to answer what that notification meant and said I would have to talk to the carrier of the device but if it's YOUR product wouldn't you be the one to know the issues? So I tried to talk to someone higher up and she said there was no one higher up and I can send an email or call back to talk to someone else. I ended up calling back from my phone and was on hold but I called on a different line and there was no wait. I believe they must of blocked my number or something but on the other line it was Angel Garcia again. She said that there is only two people working and that they other person was on the line. How can a company run like this? There's no one else you can talk to so you can resolve your issue and there's only two people working. This company seems very shady luckily my carrier is helping me out.
