So he asked me to send him some money using zelle. i told him I didnt have zelle that i had paypal. I tried using my paypal but it wouldnt go through for whatever reason. So i tried the zelle. I set up the payment and everything but it was denied because I hadnt set it up with my bank yet. So the next morning I set it up with my bank and it sent two of the payments. I contacted the bank right away and they said there was nothing they could do since it was with zelle. So I contacted the seller and he said he would send my other payment back as soon as he got it. Well I had several emails with him and he seemed really nice and all. So he got confirmation of the money being sent and set up my kitten with a transport company he uses all of the time. Oh I had also asked him to send me pictures of my kitten that morning, He sent me 3 pictures, so I thought for sure it was legit. Any way the transport company emailed me a receipt for my kittens flight and times. Within a few minutes I received another email stating the weather was bad and he would have to be put in a temperature controlled crate which the cheapest would be 800$ to rent BUT that it would be 99% returned once i had my cat delivered. I called the company and sent several emails asking why I should have to pay when it was in the agreement from the owner that he would pay. He tried to guilt me into paying, saying the poor kitten was going to be cold and starve and they cant do anything about it until I pay the money. I refused and contacted the seller, he would not pay for the crate, said he only had 400$ and that I would need to send 400$ to cover the rest. Then it went downhill quickly from there, but trying to keep being nice to hopefully get the second 350$ payment back. I kept asking him to send it and asking. He finally quit corresponding to me. I told him i was going to the police, no response. He probably knows it will do me no good and I am out 700$.
