My mother purchased an LOL house from this web site and was charged the price that was listed $79.99 but she did not receive the item that she ordered. Instead they shipped her three other small LOL items. I have been emailing back and forth with them trying to return these unwanted items and get a full refund since 12/24/18. There is no phone number listed on there website for me to be able to call and actually speak to someone about the issue.

I am not sure about this site, but I do not see anything in your lists. Is this a valid site? my mom purchased from here and I am kind of nervous for her. as of the moment she hasn't lost any money but she just placed the order.
