The caller says in a friendly voice "Hi. This is Customer Service regarding your copier. What is the model and serial number of your copier ? We're just checking up on our valued customers." . Then soon there after, they mail our company a bill for toner that we've never received. In other cases, some callers acquire ownership of the copier by creating a fake contract.
