I called Copper Fit Back, using the phone number shown in the commercial. 1-800-736-0652. I had to answer several questions if I wanted to purchase other products and was on the phone a very long time. They asked for my social security number and since I was already answering several questions I gave them mu soc number not even thinking about it. They said it would take 3-4 hours to process the order and to call customer service later on at 1-855-818-8300. They stated it takes 24-48 hours to process the order but have no record of it.

These numbers are different that was is listed on the website .
