Someone named Alex called from 252-737-7397 and said that he worked for our copy machine company and needed to send me a new manual and that all he needed was the model number from the front of our machine.

I am familiar with this scam. If you give them the model number, they print a manual from Google and then bill you a lot for it.

When I told him, "You should know our model number". He hung up.
