called ticketmaster number to asked for refunds for 2 extra tickets which where mistakly bought on ticketmaster website. the person told me on the phone that i needed to go and buy a ticketmaster gift card in order to have the original purchase refunded on my credit card, but needed to buy new tickets with the prepaid card. after the third card and 350$ later i realized i was scammed
