This site is not the real U. S. Copyright (Library of Congress) site. They charge more and the phone number (888)407-9211 states it is not in service. I tried to email asking why they charged me more than the actual filing amount to get a copyright for a book. I could not send. It would not let me. I also tried contacting a person on their "live" but no one could tell me why they charged so much plus I received no Case number to prove that it was actually submitted to the Library of Congress. This site should be flagged and banned. Please, if you are an author or anyone seeking any type of copyright or trademark, go to the true site - copyright.gov

Hello, this site is pretending to be the library of Congress. I registered ALL of my new song materials that I wrote thru them only to find the real Library of Congress website right after. This is a fake site and now they have my credit card info. I cancelled my card but I am worried about them stealing my music. This is definitely a scam. Thank you! Emily Brooks
