I order 2 pairs of shoes and I never got it they send me a email saying that my order was delivered successfully I never got anything it’s been more than 2 months and I haven’t received my refund $92 it’s more then 10 days and I didn’t get any answer

In February I found shoes I really like on their website. I purchased them and received a tracking number. About 8 days later, I noticed that on the tracking site, it stated they "still had NOT been shipped". I went to the website and they did not have a phone number listed to contact them at, only an email. I sent them an email asking why my shoes still had Not been shipped even 8 days later.

The seller, whom I thought was the seller, said that I should be patient and that it could take weeks to process.

I waited and finally, about 2-3 days later the status said shipped. They were shipped and delivered to NO address in Leander, TX (left in the mailbox). I have proof and screenshots showing the address I used for shipping as well as my credit card statement. I have reached out to the seller again, via the only contact way on their site (e-mail), and no one is responding now. I have filed fraud charges with my bank to try to get the $51.98 back but that could take up to a month. I want to warn others to not trust this site with any information. I was also just notified by Equifax that my information was used to try to open a mortgage loan at chase bank. I have no clue what these supposed scammers have done with my information. They have caused me extreme stress.

Business was advertising on Pinterest so I placed an order on April 12th. After a couple of weeks I never received my item. Tracking said in transit through my shop app. In may sent an email and got no response. I reached out again June 3rd and they are claiming it was delivered. I responded back that it didn’t come to my address and I wanted my item or a refund but no response.

I order four dresses from this company the first week of April. After more than 30 days, I contacted the company and they indicated the order had shipped and I should receive it within a few days. After two additional weeks, I contacted the company and I was told the merchandise had been delivered to my mailbox in Longbeach, CA. I DO NOT live in Longbeach and after doing some research, I realize this is a scam that the company uses (i.e, regularly delivering to fake addresses). It is really unimaginable that this company is allowed to continue to operate with so many complaints on line (over 150 and counting). The public should be notified that this company is a scam.

I placed an order with CoraChic on March 29 and was given what I believe was a fake order number and tracking number. The company does not list a phone # on their website.

I was promised a refund in 4 business days as a response from my inquiry on Friday, May 8. I have received nothing. In my disgust, I read 1star reviews on this business from an on-line review site called TrustPilate. Two “reviewers” referred to a phone number to call for customer service. I called the number but it rang twice and cut off.

That evening, that number appeared on my phone so I answered. A male with an Asian or India accent was on the line and said he could refund my money but I would have to go on line and fill out a refund form but I would have to use a desktop or laptop. This made me suspect a scam artist. I asked him what I would need to do? He said to log on to Google...with that, I accused him on scamming and trying to get into my computer at which time, he quickly hung up.

Please let people know not to call this number that was listed in several reviews on TrustPilate. The number again is **************. The area code is possibly a Kansas City, Mo. number.

Shut them down if you can before someone is seriously hurt financially!

Purchase men saddle from a Ad on Facebook did not receive a confirmation number or a tracking number, called the phone number ,was not a real phone number. Called 411 they could not found phone number .
