Awful high priced item

This company is a scam. I purchased their "Leeds" style back which is replica of an Hermes handbag. In their product listing for this bag, they used stock photos of actual Hermes Birkin Bags, they did not provide photos of the actual item they will send you. The bag I received was horrible. Logo was crooked and bleeding, the stitching was atrocious. Paid over $200 for a bag not even worth $30-50. They have a "Final Sale" policy, so you're stuck with their subpar bag. Moderators on their Discord group are bullies and will block you or remove you from the group for voicing concerns or disappointment.

I purchased a bag that smelled awful. I contacted customer service and they said return it with tracking information. I did, they received the bag back. I contacted them at least a dozen times regarding my refund and have never received a response or refund!

Honestly I have NO idea why anyone would give a negative review unless it’s a competitor that just want to put them out of business.
I now have 6 bags. Wake up people, you’re not buying from Target around the corner. Of course it takes time but tracking is accurate and they email back immediately.
So sad Facebook was a jerk and closed their page. However, they have found another way. Woo-hoo.

Beautiful bags!!

I purchased four bags from Cordae New York and they are all so beautiful! Yes they do take 21 to 30 days to deliver however you have to understand they are coming from China. Cordae has honored all of my complaints they sent me a replacement bag and told me to keep the one that was defective the replacement bag looks so beautiful as you can see in the yellow. The yellow bag on the left is the defective one the replacement bag is the one on the right.

I ordered Cordae NY handbags in late April 2022… today, May 14th 2022 I have two beautiful hand bags… the company tracking is accurate - they mention it takes 3 weeks to get your product- I received mine in 2.5 weeks. They’re beautiful- genuine leather- quality- great packaging… these terrible reviews make me think a competitor is trying to sabotage them. I’m a business owner- I purchased these via PayPal- so I knew if it were a sham company PayPal got my back! These reviews are either by impatient people or they’re fake- I can’t wait to order more purses… I hardly leave reviews but after all the nonsense I read here I had to speak up for this company. They are great- no complaints… my daughter and I got matching purses… thank you Cordae NY!

I purchased the New Yorker bag (yellow) . Oh boy got a yellow bag alright! It was nothing like the color on their website. Their website is showing a deeper mustard yellow but, what I received was a bright sunflower yellow. I reached out to their customer service for a resolution perhaps an exchange of color, a credit, or refund. However, none were offered to me. After sending in a requested photo of the purse I received a response letting me know that “ sale items are non refundable and are not eligible for refund.” That was it. I mean my previous email included my order number so that they can reference the transactions and item so, I would think the person has an idea the purse was “on sale”. Why go through the run around if the end result was just to deny resolution? No offer to appease the customer who will now be stuck with a bag that they will not wear because it’s like highlighter yellow! Also, they need to be clearer on the website about return policy on sale items if the end result is someone losing their money.

On top of that the straps that encloses the purse is slightly snug so trying to close the flap with them is a workout. Not worth the hassle and losing over $200 dupe or not.

AVOID CORDAE NEW YORK

Waited over a month to receive a handbag. It arrived smaller than promised and is difficult to open due to stiffness of leather. If it is even leather. Customer service is awful and they will not return the bag for a refund. The packaging was basically a thin layer of bubble wrap around the purse stuffed into a plastic bag! I’m surprised it wasn’t damaged in shipping! This company needs to go away forever!

CORDAE NY STAY AWAY!

I ordered 2 bags from Cordae NY and they looked nice for the price on their website. It took quite a while to get them. When they arrived I couldn't believe the packaging or lack thereof! One of the purses had carry strap damage with 4-5" of the surface coming off of the strap. This purse was rendered useless. The other bag had no damage but the padlocks and quality of the bag was underwhelming! I was very dissapointed. I took pics of the shotty packaging basically a gray plastic bag that looked like it had been already shipped, returned, & reshipped! There was no other protection used to package these bags. The padlocks were tinny and no weight to them. Cordae received my pics and complaints along with a request for a return paid label and a full credit back to my credit card. I heard back from Jean in customer service saying they were sorry to hear about the damaged bag and that she had already put a request in for a replacement bag. She totally ignored my request to return both bags and give me a full refund back to my card. Don't be fulled by their false advertisements and announced excellent customer service. This company is a sham or scam! I have learned my lesson find any reviews on a company before doing business with them! CORDAENY STAY AWAY! I am going to report them and slam them on social media! I am going to make a mission of giving them $400.00 worth of bad press! I'm going to the state attorney general, bbb, and any other outlet that I can slam them on! Major Scammers!

Poor customer service. Received the black crocodile purse so stiff it will never open fully to get anything in. Refund policy I understood but wouldn’t even exchange for something I could you use. Poor customer service. My husbands heart was in the right place. Had never heard of this company but will make sure I tell everyone I know!

It took a while to receive my bag, I thought the tracking was bogus but it wasn't it updates after a few days and when it finally came, I was happy with it. Not the same quality as the original Birkin of course but no one can tell the difference from 5 feet away so I'm satisfied.

The bag I received was so poorly constructed that the pieces wouldn't fit. I felt like I had spent $219 for a defective do-it-yourself handbag kit. In addition to filing a complaint with my credit card company I will file a complaint with the NY attorney general. These people must be stopped.

Trademark lawyers are all over this company. First of all- the purchase will show up on your credit card as "Prestige company" or some other name. Second, the phone number doesn't work. Third, the company will provide a tracking system to you with a non-existent purchase number and confirmation. Fourth, the company may respond to you but you still will not receive a bag. It is based in China, not New York or Los Angeles. It is one of the many "luxury" scam companies that are advertising in the pandemic, complete with a semi- authentic website and allegedly "real" reviews. The credit card companies will certainly refund your money through the disputes department- be sure to bring it to their attention immediately. Check the Facebook reviews as well- put this company out of business and put your hard earned money toward legitimate fashion sites.
