only and you pay $4.95 shipping. No other terms are stated. No receipt or statement is sent with the product advising terms of the "free" trial. Called to cancel October 14, 2016 and Customer Service advised they would only refund 50% as a 'courtesy' because order was placed Sept. 29 and customer is given 14 days from date of transaction, not date of order receipt. Bank Records indicate transaction date was Oct 1, 2016. Website advises they do not keep credit card information and no obligation to purchase after trial. Customer service also stated I was being charged for the 'free' product I received. Shipping Label was printed 9/30/2016 so they may be correct about when the order was placed. Nonetheless, customer has no knowledge of hidden terms until they see they are being charged. In my case, an additional $190.00 plus shipping!! FALSE ADVERTISING and product does not produce the results they claim, no wrinkle reduction but instead leaving a white residue on your skin.
