I ordered a Funko Pop from CoreyFeldnman.net and paid through PayPal, $180. After almost 2 weeks since my purchase, I had heard no updates on the status of my order. The website has no specific customer service or even an individual listed as someone to contact concerning issues so I chose to contact the person with an email available that seemed the most conducive to receiving a response. I asked if there was any updates to my order or any estimation of shipping etc. I received a response that was vague and reflected a disorganized and inefficient organization. In a series of emails going back and forth, I was informed that my order wouldn’t be honored and per the verbiage of my contact with the company, wouldn’t be “welcomed”. I asked for more specific reasoning and didn’t receive it however I was told a refund would be coming. After that, I had to ask several times for my refund and got push back and more vague messaging. I finally received payments from the company through PayPal. Mind you, these were not refunds but rather payments from them to me. The payments had fees associated with them (from PayPal) that reduced the actual amount of money I received. I had to ask time and time again, with evidence provided, that I was not receiving the correct amounts. It took 3 separate payments from them to finally add up to the correct amount. Again, these were payments, not refunds, so I still owe Pay Pal a balance which is inconvenient and is now something I will have to take into account moving forward for my budget. Lastly, I would like it to be known that I made this purchase while being out of work and dealing with cancer and this was supposed to be a treat for myself and something to cheer me up and has been nothing but a headache and feels predatory on their part. I truly wonder what would have happened if I had never reached out to check on my order. I honestly believe, given their obvious disorganization and inefficiency as a company, that I would have just never heard anything or received anything and they would still have my money.
