Ordered large size pool June 28th 298.00 - “Shopify” notified order was placed but no pool sent, emailed several times - no response, no pool, no money. Disputing this charge! PayPal should not be working with this website either! Cmon! Stop doing it. DO not USE this website!

Ordered a pool June 6. Received an email confirmation. Then a few weeks later said it was shipped. Never received as promised. Reported it to my credit card company as of July 6.

I ordered a pool on June 6th, and it never came. After a couple of weeks, I tried to contact them, and they replied after a couple of days, saying my order was ready for packaging. Then nothing came. I kept emailing them, and calling the number they provide but it didn’t work.

This is the info you get to contact the seller. The website shows a price for a pool, then you tap on to get info which the seller changes the price and charges your PayPal . I tried to reach the seller the same day about the charges, nothing. I immediately called PayPal nothing. I went online and many reviews of people that have gotten scammed by these people. The website needs to come down.

I purchased a pool and accessories for over $200. I emailed first and got no response. I emailed again to check on the status and again nothing. Then I called and the number was bogus. I looked up the company and this site was the first thing to come up for reviews. I normally check but with everything going on I decided to trust Target since I've purchased from company's listed on their site before with no issue. I have since opened up a claim with Pay pal. I'm also going to call my back to see what they can do. I hope these people burn for messing up my kids summer.

I received my pool on 7/17. However I did not get the rest of my order. I filed an updated claim with paypal to get the rest of my money back.

Ordered a swimming pool online. When product was ordered, money was taken from my account. No date for delivery. Tried to contact the company and the phone number is incorrect online. Company was emailed with no response. Looked up the address on google maps and it is a small, yellow residence. They have a PayPal account of *GangTou@paypal. Product was ordered less than a week ago, but reputable businesses send a receipt with an expected delivery date. I have received none of the aforementioned.

Mine too! I ordered on 6/26/20,all I got is a confirmation number ! I called and emailed,no response at all!I used the Shop app to track the order,it shows the Ups tracking number And supposed to arrive today, but so far nothing!when I used the number to track it shows ready for ups to pick up,It has been show more than a week now,I am gonna wait for a little while if I don’t receive it today I am going to call PayPal to cancel it.

I unfortunately bought a pool a few days back for $100 dollars. I received a confirmation email with an order number and a link to a tracking app. I have tried reaching the company for more information regarding arrival and no response yet. I am contacting PayPal now. July 01.

This website was recommended by target so I decided to buy a pool for. I ordered a pool for 158.00 after they took my money and didn’t even give me a confirmation number or date that the pool would arrive i figured it was a scam I googled the website and found out it’s a scam smh now I’m out of 158.00 and no pool for my kids it’s sad that people will scam others out their money at hard times like this

Did you by chance pay with PayPal? I was scammed also by a company in a similar situation, I noticed this site and saw the price of a $400+ pool for $79, so I figured it would be a scam also, I decided to check, I’m glad I did!

The website was very detailed and descriptive and led you to believe they were in the US. Pools of all sizes were available when all the reputable companies were out of pools. You receive and instant verification of your order with a number. The charge on your credit card is immediate, after contacting the company you will receive no response. The address listed is actually a small house. My credit card company indicated the charge is coming from Hong Kong.

I ordered a pool from this website after Google listed this site. I have yet to receive anything, no emails, no shipping status... Only an order confirmation. I reported to PayPal and the FTC.

Be careful with PayPal, did it go to a company or an individuals name? They refused my case. I had to go thru my credits card to receive a refund. PayPal believed them because they produced a tracking number and usps verified something was shipped to my county. However, the item shipped was 5.2lbs. The item I ordered was supposed to be over 40lbs. PayPal never paid me any mind.

I ordered a 500 dollar pool that was big for my back yard and it had 499 5 star but I ordered it and it’s been 5 years we tried to get the money back but it’s from a company in a different country do not get this it ruined my family summer and we didn’t have much money then
