Once I inquired about the property, they sent me an application that collected all of my personal information. Then they "approved" my application and told me to send them $100 via Paypal to process the application and setup an appointment to view the property. The email address they wanted me to send the money to was [email protected] which seemed odd to me, so I called Paypal and they confirmed this was a scam being operated out of South Africa and to stop communication with them.
