I booked a reservation for a hotel stay with Hotels.com to stay at the Cornerstone Court, 3096 Maple Drive NW, Atlanta, GA 30326. On Hotels.com site there was no # to reach the property, but I assumed that they would have someone on property to check you in. I arrived in Atlanta on 1,10,16 & drove to property, however no property. I thought gps was acting up, however it wasn't. There is no such address or business. I asked a couple of people in the area and they stated that the business doesn't exist. The property is listed on Hotels.com site. I informed customer service and they stated that all of their properties are valid. I was charged $846.72 for this error and am waiting on my refund from Hotels.com. Cornerstone Court has a 3 star rating on Hotels.com site, but 0 reviews. How can they be 3 star but no ratings?? Is Hotel.com behind this?? They are owned by Expedia, whom I will not use again.
