Corporate Imaging Solutions, this company calls and pretends it's from your copy machine supplier and they want to make sure they are sending you the proper toner for the machine that is installed. One of my employees give them the information and was told that the toner would be ship immediately. It turns out it was not from the company we lease the machine from (which toner is included in the price of the monthly lease). We called Corporate Imaging Solutions to explain that we did not want the toner which was a total of 529.51. Since they had identified themselves as being from the company we leased the machine from, our employee had given them the information they had requested. We told them we were going to ship the toners back since we had no use for it. We were call bitches and hung up on. We tried different times and are told bitches and they hang up on us. This is a very unprofessional company and they get you by portraying that they are the company you lease the copier from and the threaten to send you to collections. Warning do not do business with this company.

This company sent us a toner we never ordered or contacted them to order. They posed as our current toner vendor, calling us by phone, and had access to our address and the printer model #. *** delivered the item and we received an invoice for $498.97 for one toner cartridge. After calling the number listed on the invoice to request a return label for improper delivery, the man was very irate and rude. He insisted we read the back of the invoice for instructions and hung up.

"independent sales company", *** ** ***, solicited our company by posing to our receptionist as representing our copier vendor and needing to verify our address in order to send toner we needed. They used her name in the PO field as a consent to mail the toner and then followed with an invoice for $469.00 + tax and shipping totaling $498.97. When we opened the toner, I knew it was a fraud/scam scheme and directed the receptionist to call to tell the company we did not want or order this toner and if they wanted the toner back, they could send an RMA for return shipping on their account. No one answered the phone, was on hold for quite some time and then left a message which wasn't returned. Subsequently faxed stating the invoice # and that we did not order product and were not paying the invoice; again stating if they want the toner returned, they can forward an RMA and we will return unopened. No response to fax. They followed with another invoice, 3 months later, adding late fees with a note ***COLLECTIONS ACTION PENDING***.

I received a call at our office from a sales representative for "CIS." He said that he was looking at our order history and noticed that it was time to re-order ink for our office printer. I mentioned that I thought that we had a contract with a supplier who sends ink automatically when they remotely read our ink levels - he agreed that he was just checking on our levels before he sent out the ink to our office. I agreed that if he saw that we needed more ink, then we probably did, but I don't check the levels myself. I thought I was talking with the local company that supplies our ink, but I did think it was strange since I had never gotten a call like this before. Within a week or so we received a box of ink for our printer, but I checked our printer and noticed that it was full, so I never opened the product that was sent to us. Two weeks later, we received an invoice for the ink for $498.97. It also hd my name on it at the Purchase Order Description and noted that the sales company was "All-State IT Solutions." I have attached a copy of the invoice with my information blocked out, so you can see what we received. This invoice amount was outrageous, which prompted me to research this sales company, which I found many negative reviews and similar stories of. I found information on the ScamPulse.com and FTC sites that said I was not required to pay the invoice, send the product back, or even contact the company. I have kept the box in my cabinet and have not used the product. We received a second invoice today with a late fee and a note that collection actions will be taken. I do not plan to respond.

A sales person called here saying there was an order placed and they needed shipping instructions. They took the name of the office assistant that answered the phone and used it as the "PO #". They then shipped the product via UPS and my front office signed for it. It was for 1 Xerox ink cartridge for $469.00 + $29.97 shipping fee = $498.97. I always buy my Xerox ink on amazon for around $100-$120. I would have never agreed to pay $500 for 1 cartridge of ink. This is a scam. By getting my office assistant's name and our location, they shipped and billed me for their product. I am disputing the invoice. I tried calling the 800 # that was provided on the invoice and received a message that no one available to take my call at this time. I then sent an email and received a message that someone would respond within 48-72 hours. I guess we will have to wait and see about that....

Scammer shipped toner cartridge that we had not ordered. Cartridge was billed at an inflated price.

We were contacted by this company claiming to need to refill our toner, they spoke with an associate who is not authorized to make purchases and when he confirmed his identity they used that yes to send out a toner cartridge priced 4x as much as the same product anywhere else, 469.00 for one toner. We found out when we received the toner and invoice for 469.00 in our office. The same day I called to return it and get a credit and was told they would issue one when we shipped it back so the same day we sent it out with UPS. Now 4 months later we have an invoice for the original toner plus a late fee. I called and explained the situation and was told 'clean out your *** ears and listen you stupid ***, send us the *** tracking information and the ***  delivery confirmation and you might get your *** credit or you could just keep talking to me like a stupid ***." I have reported this to the BBB and the Attorney General. I repeatedly tried to call back and only met with more cursing from the same man, I also have a video of one of these calls for audio but cannot upload due to size restrictions.

Just as many others have reported, this company calls and the phone shows up as PRIVATE on the caller ID. The names I was given are Imaging Resources, Imaging Centers, Imaging Solutions, Corporate Resources, etc. The telemarketer calls claiming they are with your printer company and states the file is incomplete but that they received an error message. They ask you to provide them with the serial and model number for your printer. If you provide them that information they confirm the toner needed and say they are shipping you a new toner for the machine. If you are not familiar with your company's printer contract or set up then it's easy to just say "ok" and they send you a toner cartridge. A week or two later you get an invoice for $498.97 for a toner cartridge that would normally cost about $200 directly from the manufacturer.

They want to try and charge you a restocking fee for sending the toner back, and they want you to pay for shipping. Don't. You are allowed to keep the toner and refuse their invoices since they lied about being your supplier and were deceptive in sales practices. If they say they have a recording of you ordering the toner, request that they send you the recording. If you were never told you were being recorded, then it is also illegal and they are just lying to scare you into paying them.

They have misspellings all over the invoice and supposedly have a Tax Pay ID of 81-3929336.

They called all of my East Coast offices, and a few of the Midwest locations. I haven't paid them a cent yet.

Corporate Imaging Solutions (CIS) called our office to verify a toner delivery and ask the name of our receptionist. Our receptionist was new and unaware of that we don't get verification of deliveries for our office supplies, and gave her name willingly and said someone would be here to sign for the package. We then received a toner a week later and an invoice in Feb. a month later for $469.00 for a product that is typically no more than $40.00. I tried calling to speak with a representative at CIS and did not get through. I just received a second copy of the invoice with a late charge in the 2nd week of June. I called CIS to say I did not request the product and I would not be paying the invoice. The representative said "Sure, we'll see about that." I then proceeded to give the invoice number and he said "Whoever's name is on the invoice is responsible for paying the invoice, so we'll see if you get out of paying this invoice smart girl, bye!" and then hung up on me. At this point I have read that this invoice is not legit and to ignore anything they send me.

On March 19, 2018 (Invoice # 2784785) that Corporate Imaging Solutions (PO Box 2070, Mission Viejo, CA 92690) sent Barker-Hammer Assoc, Inc. toner that was not approved for purchase. When we tried to return the toner, Cooperate Imaging Solutions refused to work with us and their customer service member used some foul four-letter words toward our staff member for requesting they send us a call tag. This product was sent to us under false pretenses. First of all, I feel Corporate Imaging Solutions took advantage of our staff member by starting off the conversation saying “I have the okay from the other location to send you toner for your printer I just need your name to finish processing the order.” This is beyond a deceiving way to start a conversation. It gives the impression that someone at our other location gave Corporate Imaging Solutions the approval to send toner or ordered toner for our other location). This is not true and does not follow our purchase ordering policy. The person’s name on the invoice has no authority to purchase toner and would not do so as it is not one of their responsibilities. Secondly, it was signed by a person with the last name “Oewen.” We do not have an employee by that name. We have a service agreement for our toner with the original company we purchased our printer from. Not with Corporate Imaging Solutions (PO Box 2070, Mission Viejo, CA 92690). There for we would never have any need to order toner for our printers from Corporate Imaging Solutions or any other toner company.

Also, Corporate Imaging Solutions never quoted a price or confirmed with us by a signed sales agreement and they have tried this technique on past employees. Lastly, after failing to get a call tag with a phone call I sent an e-mail to (Corporate Imaging Solutions ) request a call tag after the unpleasant phone call they responded with an unprofessional, threatening and provoking e-mail. Attached is Corporate Imaging Solutions.

It has been brought up to my attention on March 19, 2018 (Invoice # 2784785) that Corporate Imaging Solutions (PO Box 2070, Mission Viejo, CA 92690 | 800-593-1937 ) sent the compnay I represent toner that was not approved for purchase. When we tried to return the toner, Corporate Imaging Solutions refused to work with us and their customer service member used extremely foul four-letter words toward our staff member for asking them to send us a call tag to take back their toner for $498.97. This product was sent to us under false pretenses. First of all, I feel Corporate Imaging Solutions took advantage of our staff member by starting of the conversation saying “I have the okay from the other location to send you toner for your printer. I just need your name to finish processing the order.” This is beyond a deceiving way to start a conversation. It gives the impression that someone at our Edina location gave Corporate Imaging Solutions the approval for ordering toner for our Little Canada location. I am the person who places orders for toner and printer supplies and did not place this order and would not place this order as I have a contract for our toner with the original company I purchase the printer from. Lastly, it was signed by a person with the last name “Oewen.” We do not have an employee by that name.

Sincerely,

The person who orders the toner.

A person called our office claiming to represent the company we receive our Kyocera toner cartridges from. They said the company was out of stock so they were ordering from the distributor. We were told someone would call the next day to confirm the order which we did. We then were sent an invoice for the toner. We are not going to pay the invoice or return the cartridge.

Toner scam. They sell toners for copy machines and printers at 4-5 times the cost of the fair market value. They are unclear on the the phone making it sound as though they are calling from your toner supplier that you have a contract with.

Someone from this scam company called our main office line and told the receptionist that "they noticed we were low on toner." They asked if the receptionist was an "authorized personnel" to order more toner for the printer. The receptionist said, " I don't know." The person asked what the receptionist's name was and the receptionist told him/her their name. The person on the other end said, " oh yes you are an authorized personnel." She had no clue that this was a scam. They sent the toner and a bill for $498.97. Toner does not cost that much. We have tried to communicate with the scam company that we will not pay for this and they want us to send it back and charge us a 20% restocking fee. Going to pay shipping and send it back to them.
