I work for a county in SC - this company is calling our employees across all divisions and telling them that our toner supply is low - next thing you know, here comes toner showing up all at 489.85 per toner - which is ridiculous - and it's hard for our people to know because we are already under contract with another company who handles this for us. They usually do not give refunds she said - then again she also told me that they thoroughly explain to the customer who they are and what they do. Which is also a total lie. Lisa Black is the name the girl game me. When she picked up the phone at the "Corporation" - there was a ton of background noise, kids screaming and dogs barking, so I kind of figured right then and there something was up. However, I figured with remote working since the pandemic, who knows. Anyway, this woman was RUDE. I explained the situation and she of course just kept speaking over me, etc. She said they explain everything to the person and who they are etc. - I told her they did NOT do that - she argued with me - told me I talk to fast for her to understand, etc. Anyway, buyer beware!

We received an email invoice, then a phone call from this business. The person on the phone call was exceptionally rude when our admin insisted we did not have this contract and had not received the invoice. She was insistent that we needed to pay the bill. We do not have a contract with this company.

This scammer claimed they had toner for half off for a limited time and that we have always ordered from them. After receiving the faulty product, I was told too much time had gone by to return it, that they could not confirm the product in my hand was the one they sent me, that I was lying about what his salesman said, and that there was absolutely no way to get our money back and return the product.

I've worked here at my Church for almost a year now so some things are still new to me. The other day I received a call about toner for our copier we usually go through another company we have a service agreement with them but I had thought that maybe for some reason they were trying to help us out. Well the proceed to tell me that the toner that have been using is going up in price and that they would like to send us the regular one at the same price we have been getting it at before the price is raised by 11 percent. I should have checked into it more but I seriously thought for some reason they were trying to help us out so I said yes go ahead and send it to me. Well they send it out to me within two days and they also send me an email invoice for $489 (WOWSERS)... Yesterday as I was sitting here talking to our Pastor telling him about that price we got to thinking that something just wasn't right. The company had already called me that morning to make sure that I had received the invoice. When I had called them back there was no answer so I waited alittle bit and called back.. I finally got a man on the phone I was asking him some questions I had thought that maybe he was supposed to actually be billing the company that we have a service agreement with.. Well this "MAN" proceeds to get really angry with me and basically yell at me and blaim me for everything finally says he will send a fax with how to ship it back because I refused to keep it I told him I was not sending him any money what so ever. I am beyond bothered by this how can you scam people like that he had me really believing that he was trying to help me and made me believe that we have been buying our stuff through them... My fault is I should have paid more attention and asked more questions I will from now on.... As mad as I am alls I can do is pray for this man and this company... Please watch out for these people they are not helping at all they are trying to scam you into buying their stuff....

Exactly the same situation has just happened to me. I have been at my church for 7 months replacing someone who only worked during the pandemic shut down. While I'm the Admin. Asst/Office Manager there are still things that I'm "discovering" since starting here. When I received a call saying that they supplied the toner for our Cannon Copier, I took that to mean that they WERE OUR SUPPLIER, not that they just carried the supplies that we use. Our toner is delivered to us automatically as supplies get low so when they said that prices were going up and offered to send one before the price increase I hastily said "yes". They had my name, my printer model number, etc. This is partially my fault for not pausing and investigated more but as you've said they came across as "our supplier". Imagine my surprise when I got am invoice this morning for $559.85! I have never received a toner cartridge despite them saying it was delivered after office hour this Monday so now I am in a nasty back and forth trying to get this resolved because I will not be paying out this invoice!
