I made this purchase from an advertisement on Facebook. This was for discounted boots. I received a confirmation of the purchase to my email address but the item was never received. When I contacted the company about not receiving the refund, I was told by email that it would take time for the money to be received. It have been five months and eleven emails, now. The emails continue to say that the refund will be made but that it takes 15 to 25 business days. It has now been around 100 business days since the refund was reported.
