I ordered a couple of sweaters from their on-line website. I took a month or more to receive my shipment. When I received my items they were very poor quality. One sweater didn't look at all what I ordered and the other was too small (although I ordered the same size for both sweaters.
I emailed the company about returning the items. They wanted me to send pictures of what I received. They responded that they could compensate me. I received another email asking if I could keep the items and that they would refund me $7, although I paid $79.98. I stated I didn't want to keep the clothes and wanted a full refund. They again responded, asking if I would keep the clothes and if I would accept a $9 refund. I again stated I wanted a full refund and that I would report their company, but they continued to reply asking that I keep the clothes and that they would refund a minimal amount $13.
I did some research on-line about reviews of the company to figure out how to get my full refund. Others made comments/reviews stating the same experience I had. One reviewer on the website (trustpilot.com) stated they contacted their help info and provided a phone number. They stated they were able to talk to a live person and get a return label, etc. When I contacted the number the gentleman on the other end took my order number and asked if I had a computer available. I confirmed I did. He asked if me to enter a specific web address, which led me to a installation window of team viewer software. When I questioned this, the gentleman informed me that it would give me a verification of a return. I did not download the software and told him I would call him back! When I researched team viewer, it allows the person on the other end to have access to your computer. Very scary! Afterwards, I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute on the charges made for the products I received from Corrodo. I'm also submitting this scam report.
