I placed an order online and paid via PayPal. The item I received several weeks later was nothing even remotely close to what I ordered (I ordered a GIGI sweatshirt, with names embroidered, and received a Whoville University sweatshirt). I attempted to reach the company via their customer service email, as well as the email address provided on the website, and both came back undeliverable.

All their items come from China. They advertise that it takes several days to make items then 7-10 business days for shipping. not true. It took over 6 weeks to receive. They are poor quality. Material advertised is not accurate. They don’t respond to emails timely when you reach out to customer service. When they do respond there is no resolution or they stop responding. SCAM!!!

I ordered two picture frame for father’s day. I didn't realized after they sent me the info was from china with a tracking number starts with SF. It says delivered at one point and now it says still.in china and another in San Francisco.
