Bought two flashlights off a Facebook add. Advertising military grade. When received was super cheap made plastic trash flashlights. Charged 44.10 on PayPal. Contacting seller via NINE different emails, all they sent was a bunch of form letters offered more percentage refund each time from 15% to 65%. Gave me a fake address to return the two flashlights that is a vacant apartment they called their warehouse.said not to return items to address sent from in the USA or won't be credited! So much run around!!! Turned into PayPal as counterfeit items sent and scam!

I recently had surgery for breast cancer and ordered bras that I thought might be comfortable. I ordered the size that I would normally wear and when they arrived, they did not fit. I sent a message explaining that and that I wanted to return them. I was told that they couldn't be returned for a refund unless I sent them to an address in Vietnam. The merchandise was sent to me with a California postmark. I have reached out the them numerous times. They finally responded that they would give me A 25 % refund. Not accepting that, it went to $40% and the latest has been 60%. They cannot give me an answer as to why I cannot get 100% refund and return to an address in California
