They advertised on Facebook as being affiliated with Costco. Their website looked similar to Costco and they claimed to be a partner of Costco that got items at cost and sold them at a major discounted rate. They have several different sites that all look the same. I ordered 2 9ft tall Nutcrackers (outdoor xmas decorations) that never arrived. I was told I'd get a shipping notification email 2-3 business days after placing my order and I never did. I reached out asking for the shipping details and received an email from "[email protected]" telling me "it's on it's way". A week goes by and I reached out again and was told they were unable to provide shipping details because of "customs" ??? They reassured me the order had been shipped... 2 more weeks goes by and my order still hasn't arrived and I still have no shipping info. Again I'm told "It has been shipped! Sometimes it takes longer, we apologize!" ... weeks of back and forth like this keep happening... finally they send me fake shipping details that claim the item had been "delivered to my mailbox" on November 11th... Two 9ft Nutcrackers apparently fit in a mailbox? A flat out lie, which I called them out on. We have a Ring camera and went back to that date and nothing that large had ever been delivered... not to mention the order was placed on November 5th and it was coming from China... there's no way it would have been here that quickly... And I had been talking back and forth with someone who claimed their name to be "Ann" from November 8th until recently, December 14th. Today, the original site is gone, the tracking details they sent me are non existent, and i'm 90% sure they've blocked my email. They posed as being affiliated with Costco, took my money and ran. They are a flat out scam!
