I've received several email requests asking to participate in surveys for Amazon and Costco. It's eery how they know I've done recent business with both of them. Once you take the survey they 'reward' you by offering free trials. All you need to do is pay S&H. They take your cc information and either inflate the S&H on the backend so you're charged more than you agreed to or they continue to charge you for the product monthly without your consent. The first happened to me and the latter happened to others based on ScamPulse.com reviews.
