I ordered a PEXMOR Electric Bike for Adults, 350W (Peak 500W) City Commuter Ebike 36V 12.5AH Removable Battery, 26" Cruiser Electric Bicycle from Costco wholesale. I have finally got a hold of Costco customer service and they had them told that Costco wholesale is someone acting as them.

I was looking for a freezer and it said it was Costco wholesale so I decided to purchase a small cheap one still it was showing Costco. I went to check out they gave me a 25 dollar discount so my final bill was 75 dollars with free shipping. After I entered my credit card # and it was paid for it showed completely different information and they would contact me when it was ready to ship

website disguised as Costco wholesale, I ordered a window a/c, after i received the confirmation email and days after a tracking number, however the route on their tracking number shows nothing, I contacted the seller and then I noticed never replied as Costco, they kept telling me to wait 20 days since the item had been sent from a foreign country, they never gave me other answer that wait. on August the 14th 2024 I received the following email.

Dear customer

Sorry for the inconvenience

We got news that your package may be lost by the logistics company. Besides, your order is out of stock now, so we can't send it to you again.

Although they made a mistake, but as a seller, we are responsible for the package you didn't receive.

For decreasing your loss, we will apply for 40% refund for you.

How about that?

Thanks for your understanding and reply.

Sincerely.

Customer Service Department

I replied I wanted 100% refund and never received anything, besides that I noticed they kept my card info for recurring payments according to the message of my bank.

Once you confirm the order the website change to casstoc.com. They re-route to different websites.

They contacted me about a remote job. Then sent me Whatsapp to do training with a coach. (+1 (323) 740-8274 is the number the "coach use) They had me sign up for a profile with a referral code (D4HWJZ) and called it a workbench. Had me work online summiting orders to receive a small commission. Was told to do 3 sets of 30 tasks I had to ask their customer service to reset after withdrawal the commission and re sending the earnings to withdraw permanently at the end of the 3rd set. I was told the account would not go negative. However on day 3 the account went negative 6 times. I was then told my trainer would help me with the balance if I provided the majority of it. I did that and I was guaranteed I would be able to withdraw on the very last task. But the minute the account was balanced I was "upgraded to a full employee" and had to finish 10 More tasks equaling 40 tasks to withdraw. I was told I shouldn't encounter a "combo task" the thing that makes the account negative bc most buyers lose money when requesting a combo task be done by an upgraded employee. And on task 36 I encountered a negative balance. I was then told I needed to come up with the funds. I refused and requested that the supervisor fix my account. I was told by the trainer it wasn't possible that the trainer could help me with $1270 I needed to provide the rest which is $2000. I refused. We argued back and forth and now I'm reporting because I haven't heard from anyone in any HR positions or Supervisor positions. And I'm being refused to even be reimbursed the $2100 of my personal money to be able to end the tasks for the day so I can move on from this so called "job"

It was an ad for a product I had been researching. They presented themselves as Costco and listed a very good (too good) price for the item. I was inputting my information to buy the item when I realized I should use my Costco account to make the purchase. That was when I realized that it was an imposter website. I tried to get more information through Google searches about the website and by trying to find any information provided by the site it's self. But I came up with nothing but what looked like cookie cutter mock ups for an online store front. There were a lot of items offered on the site at very low prices, and with Costco's reputation for offering good deals it didn't seem so out of place. I was totally caught of guard by this site, and admittedly ashamed that I had been so easily taken in. They had obviously put it in with to make it feel like Costco's store front. I didn't actually lose any money, but that was just luck. I was more than willing to give out my credit card number and personal information before I got the idea to use the Costco application instead of the website. I don't know if anything can or will be done about this. I hope that letting someone who knows more about these things can help keep people safe from this kind of thing.

The scammer made a website called Costco Wholesale and there was multiple products on this site. I purchased a Kenmore washer, and when I went to the site to get the tracking info, the site doesn't exist now. I, then, looked at my receipt and the receipt had RTD CUSTOME CARPENTRY LLC* ***** * ***** ** **** ***** *** ********** **** *** ***** ****** ** ***** * **** ******** ** ****** ***** *********
