I purchased 2 Halloween costumes from them and never received them.

I've emailed and called numerous times but never got any response,

They took the money from my debit card

i placed an order for a cosplay glove on 11/11, charge went through to my bank from Costume Place on 11/14 so they have my money. I never canceled the order and it was valid even a month later. I emailed CP for tracking info on 11/16. Was told by Michelle on 11/20 in an email they would contact the warehouse and it takes 1-5 business days to ship, it had been 4 business days at this point w/out any info. I emailed 11/22 again to see if there were any updates, no response there. I emailed very frustrated on 12/3 saying I still haven’t received my order or shipping confirmation/tracking and I’d be filing a complaint along with disputing the charge. 1-5 business days is the shipping policy!? Well it’s been nearly a month! This place is an obvious scam. I provided photos of my interactions with them and proof I was charged!

Refund was issued! Case closed. Will not order again from them.

I received a response to my last email from 12/3 asking for shipping info or I’d file a complaint and today they send me an order update that it was cancelled per my request. I didn’t request a refund or canceled order. I emailed asking for this explanation of the cancellation. Well, I’m hoping I get my refund back. I’m watching my bank account, I’ll update if I get it.

I ordered a costume and my card wasn't charged for nearly a week. ($42) Then when I went to look for the tracking info or a confirmation email about the order, there was none. It's been over two weeks and nearly that long since I 1st emailed them about this. The email I got says they will respond in 2 days. I had a bad feeling about this transaction when they didn't respond to me. I did receive a text saying my order was placed and all that immediately after ordering the costume. Other than that, nothing.

Customer emailed on the 7th, and was responded to immediately. When she placed they order she did not include any contact information except address. We canceled her order and issued a refund immediately due to no response. Than received an email that would put a truck driver to shame because per her request we canceled her order and than she decided she didn't want it canceled.

Item never received. Unable to get refund for item ordered over a month ago and never received.

I just pulled up orders for the zip code 42001, there was 1 order for teeth which was was voided within 24 hours and customer was notified, and explained to that due to the order being voided their payment was never captured therefore no refund was issued.
