I purchased a Costway cooler on October 30, 2020. On July 24,2023 the product stopped working. I’ve only had for 2 years and 9 months and I contacted Costway about the issue and this is what they said “ Hi,

Thank you for your patience!

We double checked and found that you placed the order on October 30, 2020. Unfortunately, this item is expired our one year warranty, and we are afraid we can't be helpful in a complete refund, product exchange or any replacement parts. And the factory also replied that the item should be defective after checking it. Our manufacturer cannot provide proper technical support. Maybe you can have a try to repair it locally.

I have filed a civil law suit against the company for embezzlement, fraud, theft and emotional distress.

The company new it was defected and that’s why they only offered a 1 year warranty on it when I purchased it. I thought i was buying a new product.
