The add was run on Instagram. I clicked into the website. I could not find much for additional information on the website such as reviews. The pictures and website looked reliable. PayPal was an option for payment and that is my preference for buying online. I ordered 2 rompers with free shipping. It took 3+ weeks to receive the item and when I did receive it, it was terrible quality leading me to believe it was the wrong items. I reached out to the company and they offered $12 to resolve the issue. I requested a full refund and they gave me the information to send it back.

They did not address the poor quality or misrepresentation of items. I hope that this site would be removed so they do not get the chance to scam anyone else for terrible quality clothing.

I purchased merchandise from cosyfoal.com and I was unsatisfied. I have attempted 10 times to ask for a full refund and to return their merchandise, and they have not complied. they refused to give me a return address, and all the attempts I have made to get one.
