Lost 300

I ordered two pairs of shoes they said that it would be shipped out within 3 to 7 business days here it is 4 Weeks Later and still nothing shipped out when I contact him via email they state that there is a delay and that they're working hard to get the order out when I asked for a refund they don't respond I've lost over $300 it is time to get a lawyer involved people like this have no good luck ever in life it's sad that they have to take advantage of people

I ordered shoes , off their website.. Nike Air Jordan 4 Retro 'Military Black' DH6927-11 it cost me $133.99. I ordered them 3 weeks ago an nothing has even been shipped yet, now I can’t even find those shoes on their website! I asked for a refund an they won’t.

Ordered a $52 sweatshirt December 16, 2021. Shipping was supposed to occur in 7-10 days. Had not received midJanuary 2022, so I emailed 2x and got the reply that shipping was slow due to high order volume. Still no sweatshirt in March 2022 and they won’t answer my emails or return my money

I ordered a product from this businsess for Christmas on December 9th they told me shipping was slow due to the amount of orders they had. I was informed by email after shipping was received it would be 7 to 10 days for delivery I received shipping on 12/30 with no updates on shipping and still have not received the product and they will no longer correspond with me by email and will not refund me my money.
