Don’t be fooled / scammed by Cotosen.

If theft, lies, or deceit were Olympic events then Cotosen would take Gold, Silver, and Bronze in all of them.

This is a well planned programme of misrepresentation that ends up costing the customer and no chance of refund or reimbursement.

If you fill an online order and wish to check it before sending you will be trapped by the programme and your enquiry will be converted to an order and shipping charges and tax illegally added.

The advertising that clearly states that any order over US$ 99.00 is shipping free is an outrageous lie to convince you to place the order.

When challenged Cotosen will tell you the money has been used to pay for the shipping and will be refunded after delivery of the goods.

Another monumental lie as they have a library of pre written generic responses to avoid payment and not address the actual act of theft.

They must have a small army of autobots who do nothing to resolve problems, and just keep sending the same avoidance emails.

Along with all the other scammed customers ( 78% ) of total, I urge you to not order from Cotosen or you will regret it big time!

Cotosen.com is a website offering clothing and outdoor winter gear at a low cost. The website depicts American made products being used by American models in American locations, however, after ordering the products and waiting more than two months to receive them, I received an email in broken English, reading like it was written by a five year old, describing the handmade processes that my order was going through, a few weeks later I received tracking information that my products were coming from Asia. When the products finally arrived, after three months of delays, the quality was very poor and I attempted to return the products and cancel the remaining undelivered products for a refund. I still have not received the refund, although the products that I returned have been confirmed as received for more than a month.

The company delivered the wrong merchandise and refused to replace it with what was ordered. They attempted to give me coupons or discounts toward future purchases.

Shorts arrived about 6 weeks after order (after Christmas, but ok) and they were as expected. Shirts came a few weeks later, but the they SENT THE WRONG SHIRTS. I contacted support and initially friendly but when I declined to keep the wrong shirts and a $26 voucher, they went silent. I continue to contact them daily in hopes of either a return/refund, or settle for the shirts I ordered. Big PIA!

It's been over three weeks since I placed my order. After reaching out several times to find out what's going on with my order they sent me a tracking number which has no info on it except that the order was coming from China to an unknown location. When I reached out again they said they could not find my a tracking number to my account. I have requested a full refund since it's taken so long and they cannot even find my order. I have not heard from them since I made that request nor have I received my refund or product.

I ordered a nice looking heavy henley sweatshirt/shirt. I waited 7 weeks for it to arrive, but what was received was a cheap shirt and nothing at all like I ordered. It was the wrong size and had a US flag depicted all wrong. After numerous (20-30) emails, they refunded only a third of the cost of the item, but refused to refund the shipping. I dont want this crappy cheap shirt back.

i ordered a hoodie from cotosen that was really nice looking, what i got was a over sized pillow case with sewed on sleeves and a hood there was no waist band around the bottom and five times the size i order. they refused all services it took four weeks to receive the thing. it was so damn ugly and poor taste i gave it to the homeless.

Ordered 3 "sweatshirts". Took a month to receive. Plenty of spam emails in the interim. Received 3 what are best described as t-shirts. One of the shirts was a little heavier weight I was considering keeping it until I tried it on and the elbow patches were on the side of the sleeve not the back. No receipt or invoice in the bag. Emailed for a return authorization they refused to pay shipping. After 8 emails I gave up and sent the items back. They refunded $82 of $95 dollars. So they payed themselves for selling me fake [censored]. See images of example of one of the three items they sent.

It took about 5-6 emails to get a refund for an item that I received that wasn't even close to the item listed on their website. They would not send refund until I shipped item back to them. I was required to pay to ship the item back. No shipping label was included for the refund.

Purchased 6 each shirts that were all to small. The cap verbiage was not legible. Contacted Cotosen numerous times to return and not a single reply. Hoping to save others the frustration.

If you can't look at the ads for this company's merchandise and immediately understand you are being scammed from China then you must have been born yesterday or the day before. Our sympathies to all the reviewers who had these uniformly poor experiences - but sometimes you have to take responsibility for yourself. The Chinese take advantage of us in every way because they think we are weak and stupid. Cotosen may be a minor example of this, but it still fits the profile perfectly. It's our fault and if you bought something from them and it didn't work out - it's your fault. The Chinese are out to destroy us. They make no secret of it any more. So, in this case, they put together some cheesy deceptive pictures, use slave labor to make the incredibly poor quality product and then take your money and run. You got screwed and it's your fault. I fear we are doomed, but I hope we snap out of it.

This company sells very cheap and defective merchandise. They do not accept return merchandise which does not fit or is otherwise defective. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and Cotosen refused to respond to their inquiry. I then filed a complaint with the California Department of Consumer Affairs Consumer Fraud Unit. I would urge others who have had a similar experience with this scam company to do the same.

I order two shirts, both just terrible quality, and i wanted to return. Site clearly says I can return for refunds. They offered me something like a $7 credit to just keep the product, I said no. Now they will not even respond to me. DO NOT purchase this prroduct.

They ship from CA, but require returns to China ($102 return postage). They tout a refund policy, but fraudulently evade having to pay due to the remoteness of their return destination. Their product materials, design, and construction are a sham. Could not possibly be worse. Reverse the credit card charge through your bank to shut this stuff down.

See below, a button, but no button hole (fake).

See front hoodie "pockets" that is just a massive open top kangaroo pouch across the full width of the hoodie with a cheap/stiff metal snap in the middle to form two "pockets." There is no way you would try to put any valuables in there while wearing the hoodie. Utterly useless for its intended purpose.

The shirts took about 8 weeks to get here and when they showed up the flags that were embroidered in the pictures one was a patch and the other was ironed on. The shirts look like something from the dollar store very low low quality. And because they make sure there is no phone out there you only option is the email witch they will ignore. Nothing but a scam stay away

Ordered “ Men's Outdoor Vintage Contrast Color Henley Collar Sweatshirt” picture depicts a rugged, desert tan textured swearshirt. Received a flimsy light weight poor quality knit fabric in a solid taupe/tan color with poor stitching. Returns are to be sent back to China at your expense if they approve a return. Total trash Compare the pic on their website to what was received as Mens Vintage clothing - it is neither!
