a pop up message locked up my computer. there was a phone number to call and I was told I needed computer tech help to save and protect my computer. I was highly pressured and fell for the scam. I gave them remote access to my computer and they ran some programs and lifted my personal information and installed worthless programs. this was a scam to get money as they charged me $249.99 for a one time service. this is a fake tech support of people from India who steal your money and personal information.
