This ad on Facebook so after a little while and reading positive reviews I bought a couch cover on April 7. Once I looked at the tracking it was in Chinese and being sent from China , they claimed they’re in Portland, Oregon. I contacted them they told me it’s just their fulfillment center and someone must have gave me the old tracking system. It changed to English but was still in China. Let it go for a couple weeks, after absolutely nothing happening with my package I reach out again get told it’s on it’s way they can’t do anything about it I just have to wait . ReAched out multiple more times asking for a refund, told me that couldn’t haven’t because it has been handed over to the currier and I just have to wait and send it back if I’m not happy once I get it . I ordered this on April 6, and it’s still in China . They have no phone numbers to call you can only contact them thru email or live chat. And it’s the same people every time on live chat, which has to be impossible. I have now read many other reviews claiming the same issues, being sent from China and being told the same lines I have heard over and over again. Nothing has changed on my tracking since May 11 and the only reason anything changed was because I demanded to know where my package was so they updated my tracking .
