I replied that I was interested and then received an email invite to add the app Slack. I added the app and completed two sets of interview questions. The next morning I received the following email:

Counce Energy Resources welcome to you the team. Your employment documents are attached to this email, you are have it filled, signed and sent back along with a copy of the front and back of an approved ID and SSN for identification and documentation purpose.

I thought it was real and replied with a copy of my SSN card and front and back photo of my California driver's license.
Beginning Monday morning, I received messages through the Spark app making requests such as "Download EZ Check Printing Software Version 6", "You will be required to pick up USPS envelopes", "Also, you will be required to get check papers at any staples or office max store close to you", "You will be dispatching some checks today", and "Alright! I will have an email sent to you with a designed pdf check and USPS label."
I thought this was suspicious and checked the ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker. I found scams very similar to what I was experiencing and decided to file a report.
Responsibilities:
* Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders or optical scanners.
* Type in data provided directly from customers.
* Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes.
* Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
* Update existing data.
* Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested
* Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
* Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost.
* Design, Print, Package and Dispatch company employees, clients, affiliates and associates checks through various courier services.
* Keep documentations of financial transactions
* Receive and Send funds from and to company clients, affiliates and associates.
* Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Other duties will be assigned.
