I was told that after answering a questionnaire, that I would get a rough draft of a business proposal. Then after correcting any mistakes, I would get a final draft. I never received any business proposal. I have called plenty of times and emailed several times, with no luck. I was suppose to get proposal by Feb 27th 2023. Still nothing. No one has contacted me back.
