I will never use this site again, the wig was awful and came directly from Chine, it will cost more to return it and beside the mailing cost there is a 30% restocking fee... Rip off as far as I am concerned. Pay Pal should not be involved as far as I am concerned. lost $100.00. Location Kansas.

Ordered a carhartt hoodie. Looks nice on the website. It’s nothing like the picture. Not even a carhartt product. They just place the name on it that will come off when washed. The material is very thin will fall apart after one or 2 uses. The only way to contact them is by email. I emailed them stated my complaint and they sent back that it will cost me more to send back. Extremely unhappy with this item. Not what is advertised and will not attempt to satisfy the customer on returns.
