They used false advertisement, Carhartt. When I received the products, the pictures were totally different and the emblem was a sticker! Not even embroidered! Plus it took 6 weeks to receive. When I received the 2 sweatshirts, which were the wrong sizes I asked for my money back because their policy states they will refund within 30 days. Well it’s has been a complete run around. They are telling me they will only give me 10% back because it will take a long time for me to receive a return and for them to get the merchandise. They are making excuses to not give me my money back, stating they are nice sweatshirts! They aren’t ! They aren’t Carhartt, what I thought I was paying for!!!!! Worst experience ever!!
