I bought a dress from Lemalaya that was a well-designed, luxury dress in the photos on their website. The dress I received was a cheap, knock-off version of the dress in the photos. When I tried to return the dress, they pointed me to their return policy which states that "items purchased at a discount are not eligible for a return". However, all items on their website are continually discounted, making it impossible to return anything.

Saw cute reasonably priced clothes on Instagram. Went to website www.enloi.com. Learned that company produced private label for well know British apparel companies and offered direct to consumer at lower prices. Stated easy returns. I placed an order. All items very thin and cheap, not as pictured. I contacted to return and all they do is offer some money back and to keep the items. They say return shipping is expensive and I would have to pay for that. There is a return address on package in Jamaica, NY.

I bought Bomba socks online as part of a Facebook ad. I see there is now a foreign transaction fee and I got a confirmation from this strange email address. I have not received socks.
