This seller sells counter sterling silver on TikTok live. The jewelry was marked with the s925 stamp and marketed as genuine sterling silver. I discovered the products are not sterling silver and/or only sterling silver plated. I reached out to the seller for a resolution, but it had to get escalated to PayPal. The seller nor PayPal is cooperating with getting my full refund. I was required to send the items back to China, and I paid for the shipping cost out of pocket. PayPal will not refund me until the seller verfies they got the package. I'm worried for 2 reasons. 1, seller could lie and I get cheated out a refund and shipping fees. 2, the seller will turn around and resell the counterfiet items to others. Counterfeit sterling silver from China is flooding the US market. I bought these items to resell for my Etsy shop. Luckily i discovered theyre not genuine before i did. They are not the only sellers on TikTok selling these counterfeit items.
