On December 22, 2022, I purchased a Stella McCartney Falabella Mini Shoulder bag from Cettire as a Christmas gift to my mom. On December 27th, the bag arrived, and my mother opened it, and to both of our surprise, the bag turned out to be a fake. The bag came unwrapped in a white bag; it had no wrapping or package design of a luxury good. Upon finding this out, I immediately reached out to Cettire, and to my dismay, it was almost impossible to contact them regarding the issue. It wasn’t until I threatened them via email, insisting that if they did not respond to me, I would report their business to the BBB! I should have listened to my first instinct as there were no reviews about the brand as a whole and no concrete answers on the internet on whether Cettire is an authentic brand. DO NOT TRUST THIS BRAND.
