Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I tried to alert TD bank re my Visa card to prevent the charge going through but website is scamming people by responding to any inquiries, including the bank, by saying that they will send what I ordered and they are legitimate. I just received a delivery of three items. They sent used clothing and/or cheap clothing in different packaging- sort of looks like it is from a dollar store. Clothing identifier tags all cut off with scissors from the back of the neck (the tag that indicates the make and washing instructions and the tags notably cut because you can see jagged edges remain). Those items are nothing like the order although they did try to match colour. So, I ordered two sweaters gray and blue and received a long sleeved used t-shirt top that is gray and a different t-shirt top that is blue but awful cheap fabric and appears used.
I emailed the info email address and they said if I am not satisfied, I can send them back to China. So soon realized this is a scam that is well planned and thought out. I got delivery of three items that are used clothing and paid $125. I am sure so many other people have been scammed by their website. It is also on Facebook.
