Ordered a mobility scooter while on a cruise because ours broke down. Promised 2 day delivery. Would not accept credit card and used affirm finance with our bank info. While checking out the Upright Cane Company realized they were a fraudulent company. The better business bureau has numerous unresolved complaints, so we decided to cancel this order through their [email protected] customer support. Most of the ScamPulse.com complaints were mobility scooters were ordered and not delivered. Instead canes were delivered and not the scooters. However they were charged for the expensive scooters not received.

On Saturday December 30, 2023 we also received a cane in our mailbox and not a scooter.

A payment schedule of $166.65 of 3 payments was set up with auto pay from our checking account.

We turned off auto pay as soon as we realized a scam so hopefully we will not be charged.

Don't know what to do with the cane they sent we did not order.
