This is an online retail store that promotes its business through social media. Their page came up recommended to me on Instagram. This company was promoting the “Juliet Corset Dress” which according to the image they used online was this beautiful, full, mid length dress. When you go to purchase the dress you see that there is a “today only sale” for half off. So I bought the dress. First of all, the dress took about 12 business days to actually process and then an additional week or 2 to actually receive. When I finally got my package… the dress is hilariously CHEAP, tiny, see through and not even the right shape of the dress they advertised online. The dress I received is laughably different than what is shown online. When I went to the website to return the dress I see that you have to “request” to rerturn an item through their email support. So I did. When I finally got a response a few days later, they told me that all sale items are non refundable. The catch is, EVERYTHING on their website is on sale. So in other words they sell cheap and faulty products with fake images and never allow anyone to return anything. This is a SCAM.
